The Power Behind the Punch
Here’s the thing about these heaters—they run on low voltage, anywhere from 5V to 24V, and they’re modest with their power. We’re talking 10W to 60W. That means the heat output is predictable. Easy to manage. Their small size lets you mount them right where the action is—on tooling, nozzles, or small conveyors. They heat up fast and hold a steady temperature. But don’t let the “low voltage” fool you. They still put out real heat, so you need to make sure they have good airflow or proper contact. Otherwise, you risk cooking the parts around them.

We use quartz or ceramic heating elements, then coat them to stand up to oxidation and sudden temperature swings.
