If the mounting brackets are too tight, the tubes will just snap during the first few heat cycles. We’ve dialed in the brackets to handle that movement so you don’t have to worry about things cracking. And we kept the actual repair work simple. No soldering on the shop floor. No messing around with complex wiring. We use standardized connectors, so you just pull the old module, click the new one into place, and flip the switch. By keeping the heating element separate from the reflector and the power supply, one bad tube won’t kill your entire array.
