What matters, technically
We build our freestanding infrared heaters around short-wave lamps that deliver heat straight out, the way sunlight warms a surface. You get radiant warmth the instant you step into the beam. Choose from 1.5 kW to 3.0 kW models, all 240 V, with a standard plug so you can drop them in place quickly. The reflector focuses the output, so the energy goes where you need it—not up into the rafters.
Why it fits the job
In a large warehouse, the target is simple: heat the people, not the whole volume. Directional infrared heat puts comfort right where work happens—loading docks, packing stations, inspection points. Because the heater warms objects and skin directly, there’s less wasted heat and less temperature swing up high. That focus keeps running costs down and gives a steadier feel on the floor, which helps hands stay steady and pace stay consistent.
What to keep in mind
Freestanding units are meant to be set down and plugged in, but they perform best when you position them 1.5–2.5 meters from work zones. Point them along movement paths, not straight at anything flammable. For full coverage across wide aisles, plan for overlapping beams and consider adding a thermostat. Keep the heater upright on a solid, level surface. Infrared warmth hits fast, but across a very large open area it won’t feel perfectly even unless the placement is thoughtful.
